"If you live in the SF Bay Area and need new tires, consider a road trip to Big O Tires in Redbluff then visit Lassen National Park. It will save you $200-$300. I was in a situation (blow-out 200 miles from my home in the SF Bay Area). I already had 30K miles on the tires so decided to replace all four. I was not able to do my own research on what tires I wanted so told Zane what traits were important to me (rain, snow, quiet etc). He was able to replace all four tires the very next day. My Outback subsequently handled far better with the new tires and were quieter. I typically do not trust people in sales but Zane listened to me and delivered. Thanks Zane and I'll road trip to Redbluff in ~ 40K miles for another set of tires."
