"My husband took my car in yesterday to have my tires rotated and have them dunked to check for any leaks because my flat tire light kept coming on. My car was driving bad. Steering was wobbly and pulled to the right really bad. So I take it again first thing the next morning and tell the guy at the front desk what is going on and he says well I worked on it I can look at it. His name was dustin. Then we got a call telling us we need a new tire that the tire is separated. How did you dunk my tires and not see it was separating. It’s not let’s get these vehicles out as fast as we can. It should be based on safety. The techs there need training on safety! My car should have not left that shop with the condition the tire was in!!!!!"
