"I ordered x2 Epic Chicken Fries to go with a side of ranch over the phone for take out. I was put on hold for a few minutes and was hung up on. A little annoying, but I called back to place my order. When I got home to open my food, they forgot the ranch on BOTH orders. There was barely any sauce or cheese so the meal was very dry. And to make matters worse, the chicken was overcooked and the fries tasted like they’ve been sitting all day. I was looking forward to having this meal after a long day, but was only disappointed. I couldn’t even finish the rest because it was so dry."
