"RIP FIVE GUYS. Lost a long time customer today. Unfortunately, this place is on a major decline. The manager Marcos couldn’t have been more unprofessional and had the nerve to even tell me that the drive from my house to come back to the restaurant to get a refund is only five minutes even the Google shows it as 10 minutes and I don’t think that includes the huge amount of holiday traffic around the mall . Don’t remember the last time I’ve dealt with a more disappointing experience from a manager who clearly is 100% unqualified to do this job. It’s time to find yourself a new burger spot in town. The food is decent here but the service really sucks if anything goes wrong. I’ve given this branch thousands of dollars on my money and today they messed up an entire order and I got home to my family and there was zero hamburgers in the bag they gave me and they were willing to almost nothing to correct the situation. I hope they felt like this was the right decision to offer me a stupid little $10 comp card When they’re gonna lose thousands of dollars of our business over the next few years. I’m not even getting a refund. The only way they’re able to do anything is if I drive all the way back across town. Not worth it. Just bad management. I’ll go to other burger spots."

"Came here after a long day at the mall. We got burgers that are 100% customized, shakes and fries. Everything was so good. I was especially fond of the shake, it had that perfect consistency between thic and smooth. The staff were young men who were very kind."
