"I have shopped at this store several times, but in my most recent experience, the asking prices have gotten ridiculous. Typical asking is about 90% of retail for used items. Furthermore, the staff refused to validate parking without a purchase, instead directing me to a restaurant across the street. That is an absolutely ridiculous store policy, and I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone ever shop here."
"Extremely disappointed with the $650 dress I purchased in what seemed to be excellent condition. Unfortunately, it broke the very first time I wore it. Despite the evident flaw, the store refused any assistance, citing their policies that absolve them from any responsibility beyond the 15-day return window. Buyer beware."
"Awful employee the second I walked up. She talked to me like a mean girl in highschool would… a very rude and condescending tone. Definitely not the kind of attitude that anyone who is employees (especially someone who is representing a store by standing at the e teenage) I then proceeded to tell the manager and without apologizing to me, she started to interrogate me as of explaining that the employee had an awful attitude/ presence wasn’t enough. I was so upset that I just wanted her to know that her attitude was awful and I got NO sympathy or respect. I had about 1,000 + worth of things to sell and I couldn’t even stand being in this store."
