"Sold me the wrong size. Called same day when I realized and they refused to refund. Shipped shoes back and when my credit card company denied the refund, Paired Up never contacted me to retrieve the shoes I bought. This store is operating in a fraudulent manner and has poor work ethics. Their karma is coming and it won’t be good."

"Me and my son were looking to get him a new pair of basketball shoes for his tournament coming up(Torrey pines). No purchases but there were average prices and a very wide array of shoes. Me and my son were extremely shocked at the sheer amount of shoes. The employees were very nice and helpful. I recommend and it’s very good if you want options."

"The service is horrible and the staff are very unprofessional. I went in to try on a pair of shoes and found out there is a policy of trying 2 shoe sizes only which is hideous if your planning to buy one. One of the staff brought me a pair of shoes in the wrong size which was their mistake and counted it as a try on. Then proceeded to tell me that I could only try on a pair if I am sure to buy them. Definitely don’t recommend."
