"My experience was very bad. It was my first time to walk into a Macys store, and I could see that all the customer service were not happy about your presence and treated you with reluctance. I went there by chance to return an online purchase, the customer service frowned and told me to go to the checkout area and wait for me. I went there with my son and waited for him. He started to doing his other work until a young couple came to him. Suddenly, he became nice to them and came to the check-out with them. Without paying attention to me, he started doing the couple's work. When I realized that he wants to ignore us, I left him with regret and went to another service customer to do my work."
"Macy's women's and men's stores at the Brea mall have a great variety of brands to choose from and the prices are pretty reasonable. The store employees were helpful and friendly. There are restrooms in Macy's, the food court, and in the mall. There are two free parking structures and plenty of outdoor parking."
"This is a great Macy's. Black Friday sale has great prices. The one downside for the kids clothing: no belts for children. Come on. For dress clothes for kids, we need belts."
"This store is always clean with good customer service. The store is spacious, and everything is easy to find. I've found it to be well stocked with lots of size options. The kids section felt a little small compared to the other sections but I like that it had toys too. It is accessible from more than one parking lot making it easy to get to."
