Reviews
"Based on the one-star reviews provided here, It makes sense why this is the worst experience of my life, and all these one-star reviews lay blame on the service and employees. The worker ("MARIA") was alone and handling multiple Subway orders. I was clear and direct with my order. She was working on three or four orders before proceeding to mine. When I noticed she had made a mistake with my order, I stated, "I wanted tuna." I even suggested that she take care of the customers in front of and behind me since she was alone. She said it was okay, but then confronted me, insisting I get off my phone. When she was working on the order of the customer behind me, she asked me to come to the payment register before even having my Subway ready. What I remember is that she had three Subways, including mine, on a tray. I paid $12 for the order. When I looked at the receipt, I noticed it said "hot," and she put my Subway into the oven.I told her I wanted it cold. She said she would void and remake it. I said no, it's fine; I wanted to continue with our order. She insisted on voiding it and confronted me for being distracted. Why is she confronting me for being distracted over her scope of work as a Subway employee? She then told me to leave, and when I asked for a voided receipt, she didn't give me one. She finished serving the customers before me. I asked for the voided receipt again, and she ignored me. I called the police for assistance, and she called her manager, claiming I threatened her. The police showed up and assisted. I filed a police report. The police listened to both stories, including that of the manager who arrived. I was polite and even greeted the manager, whom I thought could help me, but she attacked me, saying I threatened the employee. When the police went inside, they obtained more information and realized that I never threatened the employee. All I said to the employee is that she was acting unprofessional, and her behavior amounted to inappropriateness in front of children. I will be reporting this incident to corporate. These two individuals should not be in roles involving customer service. I am taking this matter seriously and will ensure that Subway addresses it accordingly."
"If you want to have a bad experience with rude service this is the subway to go. They are very good at being rude and not friendly."
"Unacceptable behavior from the worker. This is by far the worst subway I have ever been to. Not only I had to cancel the order ( she literally made me pay before I choose my sandwich) but she had to throw the sandwich away because I was obviously unhappy with the way she made it. So they wasted a whole sandwich and gave me my money back. Lose lose situation for subway. I will also be reaching out to the headquarters for further information. I have been here before, and the person who worked here in the morning was super nice. This new person got some attitude and needs to be trained on how to serve customers. Please avoid this place if you don't want to end up paying for a sandwich that cost obviously money but look like an empty one. Also, avoid this place if you don't want to deal with an unacceptable behavior from this morning worker."
"Wow. My roast beef had literally 3 paper thin slices the size of slightly larger than the bottom of a red plastic party cup. And my tomato slices were even more thin. The sandwich was basically bread. I can't believe they are so stingy here. The employees are Spanish speaking and piled on the food for the Spanish speaking customers. Behind Me. I wonder who owns this place. Ridiculous. Hire some teenagers sheesh."
"I will no longer eat here again the customer service sucks they have poor customer service. They no longer give you a cup of water so your being forced to buy a beverage. To top it of they won’t even let you use the restroom to wash your hands. They say employees only but being the customer is how they get paid and the owner makes money. Never again 12/07/23"
