85C Bakery Cafe - Tustin

"A 85c branch store in Tustin. Today was crowded with people in the early morning buying fresh baked breads and coffee drink. You must have an app to get reward points. Don't recommend to use app to purchase in hand as workers were busy with customers. Had to remind them of my online order of a drink."

"Selection is pretty average but the staff is wonderful. I literally watched an entitled jerk this morning get angry over him not following the common sense process of asking a question then having a massive meltdown for no reason but the staff was courteous and lovely the entire time!"

"This place is always a must visit when we come to town. Food and drinks were great. I wish the atmosphere was more inviting for eating in. It kinda feels like a place to sit while you wait. Loved it all the same."

"shoutout to the guy cashier that was working on this Sunday around 11. I was beginning to have a sour taste in my mouth with this location and this was ultimately because I was bummed about the coffee that was given to me and the ratio size as the majority was all ice. However, when I talked to the cashier and showed him my cup he took care of it and was more and willing to make amends. That guy has incredible customer service and is very understanding. Definitely needs a raise. Good job hiring a good employee like him 85 degrees!"

"One of my favorite bakeries where you can find great pastries, cookies, cakes, drinks (tea and coffee) and customer service. You grab a tray and tongs to get what you want. The cakes and drinks you have to ask for when you get to the front. Lots of asian style pastries. Some sweet, some savory and some are sweet and savory. You can't go wrong here. Towards the end of the night the selection is not so great just like every bakery so don't wait too long because you might not get what you want. You can also place online orders. I've tried it all and there is very little that I wouldn't get again. Don't waste time. Head over and give them a try. I'm sure it'll be one of your favorites."
