"Terrible customer service all the way around. My mentally handicapped client accidentally spilled his drink... I offered to clean it, I just needed a rag or a bunch of paper towels. The older woman who was working the register was so super passive aggressive and made my client feel really bad. It took over an hour to calm him down. Who the hell does that to somebody obviously mentally challenged? Also waited over 5 minutes at the counter to ask for a spoon, nobody asked if I needed help or reacted to my attempts to get attention. I finally just reached around the counter & got the utensils myself. The crunch wrap was fantastic with the hot sauce from KFC (this is a mixed location.)"

"I was there on December 22nd 2022 at 6:15 pm you feels like the water from the sink in their bathroom is more hot than the chicken , steak and meat inside the chalupas and taco plus the chalupas and taco are almost empty from The meat, steak and chicken, so why are they keep rising the price ?!"

"This location constantly gets our orders wrong. From the wrong drinks to not withholding certain ingredients like sour cream etc..My advice is to check your drink and food (if possible) prior to leaving to avoid the issues we’ve had. For the kind of prices they charge for food,accuracy shouldn’t be an issue."
