"It is my third Jeep and I enjoy it but when it comes to servicing, it is a terrible experience. This Dealership does not value communicating to the customers. They have switched to text service which they never respond and it has become impossible to talk with any human to know what is going on with your jeep. the only way out is calling Jeep wave to get an update on the vehicle or go to the dealership."

"Unbelievable. The service department is not trained to even put the appointment in their system correctly. I called them 2 weeks in advance to fix a recall. I show up, and they weren't able to find my appointment. Had to return home. My last visit."

"No express service… I was told I have to leave my vehicle with them for an entire day? Also no loaner vehicle provided, even when vehicle is brand new under factory warranty. The soonest the could get me in was 10 days. Ironically they didn’t even ask me the year, make or model of my diesel truck so I am not sure that they would have even had the right stuff. Crazy bad representation of a service department within a Jeep dealership."

"Took my truck in for simple maintenance. I had 4 recalls on my truck apparently All was said to be accomplished in 1 day. Option of a loaner vehicle was not an option. Day after day after day, no answer, hanging up the phone with my secretary, and lies. It’s been 8 days now. This is the only review I’ve ever made. I own 2 businesses 5 stars. Hoping this nightmare hasn’t affected my own Buisness reputation now. If so I truly apologize to my clients."

"Place took months to get anyone on the phone. Finally got an appointment to get a plastic piece fixed. They didn’t even look at it at my appointment for 8 hours. Told me they were going to have to keep it three days for something that would take 15 seconds to look at. Let alone it would take 15 minutes to fix. I won’t mention my service writer but he was rude and disrespectful as well. Definitely won’t be buying another 60 thousand dollar truck from here."
