"Pulled up to the store at 9:42. On google and the KFC website it clearly stated that they were open until 10PM. When I got to the drive thru the workers ignored us and continued cleaning. I’m not one to write negative reviews but if you guys are cleaning and closing down at least tell us. The two workers continued talking to each other and never addressed us."

"Ordered the 3 pc big box 9/13/23, take out, around 3:00 pm. I thought the box was somewhat heavier than usual and upon arriving home I saw that the chicken seemed undercooked and was heavy because it was greasy. How can it be greasy when I've seen staff using tongs to remove pieces from what looks like a convection oven at other KFCs ? The chicken was way to soft and the original style batter was entirely ruined. No crunchy texture of the skin plus the taste was missing the "secret ingredient" that makes KFC famous. I couldn't finish because all 3 pieces were practically mushy. It was a waste of $15+. So much grease that the bottom of box was wet with it. Very bad experience. Not happy at all. Also, they didn't provide utensils or napkins to eat the food, and the self serve lemonade was 80% water. This is no way to run a franchise."
