Chuck E. Cheese

"I think for it being a kid's place there should be step stools in the restrooms by the toilets and sinks. I wish there were more sanitation stations like hand sanitizer spread throughout the space. They were very understaffed and did what they could to keep the table cleared off. Please be decent human beings and make the clean up job a little less bearing when you see they don't have staff. Didn't get to see Chuck-E do that was a bummer for the kids. But the game choices were ample and great for all ages!! So that was great!"

"Not the Chuck E Cheese of my childhood and I understand that but they're holding onto something that just doesn't work well anymore. It's more of an echo of what once was Chuck E Cheese. The La Mirada location did a fresh and clean remodel but that sterilized the last remnants of what made this place cool for the kids. Can't blame them for trying, you can tell a board of directors said "let's try this and see if it works", possibly without having children of their own or being long removed from parenthood. This will be my last time going to any locations, not because of any specific one thing nor poor service etc. but because it's just not worth it anymore. If you want to spend an hour or two and are ok with mediocre food, games, and service without breaking the bank then by all means this place is a destination for you. The water cups are smaller than what you would find at an office space water cooler, I just found that funny. I'm being fair with my review and I expect a generic corporate response afterwards thanking me for my feedback and such, it's just something that isn't for me and the family anymore. The same amount of money can take us to Knott's Berry farm all day and we'll actually encounter people who enjoy working to see kids have a good time and leave feeling like we really had a good time. I will miss you Chuck E. I had such a great time as a kid but it's time to move on my friend."

"We go to Chucke E Cheese often. We go to different ones too. But this location gave us extremely awful service. I ask the manager at what time would Chuckie Cheese come out to greet the kids. He said at 6pm, Chuckie Cheese never came. I reminded shortly after 6pm again and they said Chuckie Cheese already came for the Birthday kid, I told him Ok but what about the rest of the kids he just brushed me off. It made me upset because our group of kids really wanted to see Chucke. By the way we spend over $300 in food and play points. Usually at the other locations they see the Birthday kid and than go around taking pictures and saying Hi. Well not here. At the end after redeeming our points, I paid half with ticket points and half cash for a prize. Well she didn't have enough coin change and so she whispered to her manager that she didn't have enough and he said just give here what you have. I was appolled that he would say that and that she did not give me my full change. I told her "I need my full change" the manager than heard and she looked at him and he grabbed changed from his register and gave it to her to give to me. This location is unbelievable. Horrible service. Also the claw machine for the balls is rigged, the ball just kept falling of the machine. This place needs new management and better employees ASAP!!"
