"My wife and I came to try jersey mikes for the first time. We had the worst experience we won’t ever be back . There was a young African American man working on 2/13/24 around 8:45pm giving us attitude and it felt like he was racial profiling us ( we are Hispanics ) he kept on laughing at us and being extremely rude. What a disappointment.."

"This used to be a good location. But over the last year, they have started hiring people that are, to be frank, complete and total morons. Truly, the employees here wouldn't know customer service if it jumped up and bit them. The last two times I've been in, I've literally had workers berate me; one male worker all but challenged me to a physical fight. Amateur hour. I won't be coming back, and I'll advise my friends and family accordingly."

"Sarah and Alan had superb service etiquette but my favorite part was that they really wanted to make an awesome sandwich for my son and I. I’m usually a Jimmy John’s customer but these two may have won me over."

"This location really needs some help and leadership. Every one behind the counter acted like it was their first day; they barely spoke to us, but when they did they whispered questions to me; barely looking at me; the sandwich making area was dirty.. tables were also dirty, no napkins anywhere to be seen.. I saw people waiting for their online order well over 10 minutes. I don't like leaving reviews like this, but I would not go back to this location, which is a bummer because it was right by the airport, where I fly from often. It could have been an off day, but I see other bad reviews from earlier this year and feel like this should be addressed."

"Update 4/11/21 Ordered 2 sandwiches thru the app. Asked for extra pickles on both but I guess they don't read the customize field on the order? Also found a huge less than fresh chunk of lettuce when I got home and opened my order. Next time I'll try another location. 5:30 on a Friday night and they are out of sauce for a meatball sandwich. Can't they properly prepare for the dinner rush? FAIL. Update: Sent e-mail as requested to the e-mail address as instructed on 1/8/2020. No reply as of 1/15/20. Update: Received e-mail from Matt on 1/16/2020. Thanks for the e-mail and the comments. Jersey Mikes has a superior product compared to the competition, so I know where I'm going when I need a samich."
