KFC 4528 Atlantic Avenue, Long Beach, CA 90807

"Blown away by the service at this location. They are a fried chicken fast food restaurant and literally refuse to make the chicken. I swung by the drive through looking for their classic regular bone in chicken. The lady working the drive through, while talking to a guy inside, flat out told me “all we have is a wing, a thigh and a breast. This is a good 4 hours before they closed so it’s not like they were trying to close the kitchen. I hear the girl going back and forth with the guy, basically trying to find a way to tell me no they don’t have any more than those three pieces of chicken, sorry that’s all we have to offer. To add to my confusion, she’s having a full conversation with me and her employee at the same time jumping rapidly back and forth between us without hitting mute, her trying to figure out from her coworker how to tell me that they refuse to make more chicken, me trying to find a way to just get a meal. I’m blown away that a restaurant can flat out refuse to make you food if they don’t want to, and frankly disappointed to see that a business with service this horrific is able to continue to exist. The other disappointed 1 star reviews are not surprising."

"I stood there for 15 minutes with out even be acknowledged. The service is the worst. They were more concerned with drive thru then the customers inside. On top of that the workers were handling the food with their hands with cross contaminated gloves instead of using the thongs that were right in front of them. I would rather drive to the further location then ever come here again. And yes I spoke up and walked out."

"The person at the Drive Thru window must have been new. I didn't mind that as much as my time was wasted while she asked around about an offering for Teachers, Librarians, etc. I gave her the flyer to show ger what I was talking about and NO ONE in the store knew what I was talking about! I guess my kids don't deserve to get any KFC goodies for reading!"
