"I had great service up until I had questions after receiving the confirmation and quote for my part. Stephanie was friendly at first until I had questions she did not have the answers to. She was unpleasant after that got extremely irritated with the questions I was asking which were fair questions such as "I would like to know why I am being charged so much more for a part you guys are getting for this amount". Her response was "I don't know. I don't know what you were talking about". Then puts me on hold as I am talking. Few days later they received the part. I never was called saying the part was in I called them. Ended up being the wrong part which isnt their fault (From what I know). I told Stephanie I would call her back because at this point i wasn't sure if i just wanted to replace the part myself or go through them because I would have to wait another 3-5 days. I proceeded to call back about 20 minutes later no answer but as soon as I called from a number that she did not recognize she answered the phone. I wish things would have worked out better but Stephanie's patience and professionalism needs to improve. I feel like if she wasnt the person to call for questions as it says when you call or if she referred me to someone else I would have had a better experience."
