"Food poisoned me and my family. Burgers were fine, fries tasted good, drinks were cold. 5 hours later everybody is sick. Took my little one to the ER because of how fast dehydration sets in with children. Confirmed food poisoning. Beware this location, everything appeared to be cooked thoroughly so I think we either got old food or someone isn’t washing their hands. Ew!"

"Everytime I ask for well done fries , I get over cooked fries why is that? I'll tell you why as a service member in the food industry for over 8years the oldest trick in the book is for cooks to simply toss in already cooked fried instead of remaking a fresh batch this goes for customers who ask for non salted fries and if you ask for crispy fries. I complain because we all work hard for our money and I pay for them to make my order correctly so don't get mad if I complain when I call it out when I know your doing your job wrong. How can this be fixed management needs to retrain their cooks to improve in their quality standards and not be lazy and to remember that they are in the customer service and hospitality industry. So don't get upseT when I complain as if I'm the bad guy. Just do the job right and there's no issues"

"In the evening the manager and staff are condescending and disgusting. And when you go in to make sure this time they're doing things right they change their attitude real quick when you get your receipt back to contact corporate. They are disgustingly mean and are all about their self. Your money means nothing to them they will do what they want with it."
