"There was a misunderstanding and I meant to order 2 matchas but Angeleena, who took my order, misunderstood me and charged me for 3. After receiving 3 drinks and realizing I paid for 3, I went back to give the other drink back and ask for a refund and I wasn’t upset at all it’s wasn’t a big deal to me but Angeleena was sooooo mean she gave me anxiety and I was literally shaking because of the way she was talking to me. Another girl took over and she was really nice but I didn’t get her name and she ended up giving me a refund and the drink for free."

"I try not to come here because whether it be morning or evening, I usually never get my drinks on time. Today, I waited over 20 minutes after pick up time for my drink. Other times, I've waited about 30 and just asked my drink to be cancelled because I needed to go and didn't have time to wait any longer."

"One of my favorite location in town they're usually really fast but they do seem to run out of stuff early in the morning sometimes. But still a great location great and super fast service mobile ordering is the best just walking in a grab your order and go . No drivthru so no long lines to wait in"

"Very BUSY but pretty good service! The lady at the front was pretty rough and harsh but she got my order out quick and that’s all that matters to me as I was on a time crunch. I highly recommend the green tea lemonade, it’s so refreshing and just what I needed after a long day at work. I wouldn’t recommend visiting this location between 3-4pm because all the teens from the nearest school are usually partying their way to the register, they’re harmless but to some it may get annoying if they aren’t used to seeing so many kids. The restroom requires a code which is annoying but it was pretty clean. Overall, I’d come back. Side note: this location seems to run out of stuff, so beware."

"Never had any problems with getting my order fast and they make my custom drinks to perfection! Only issue I ever come across is that they typically run out of coffee (specialty ingredients)/sandwiches by the late afternoon. Also, it can get pretty busy with high-schoolers weekdays after 3:30pm so if that's an issue for you then it's best to find another location."
