Domino's Pizza

"Well I placed an order online for pick up and had a family member pick it up for me and when they got to my home with it my order was not correct. They did not give me my phili cheese steak sandwich and instead gave us old hard cold garlic knots and some type of blob of cheese that was full of grease and hard curdled cheese inedible. My pizza and dessert was correct and with a house full of people needing to eat I didn't go in or call. But instead I'm making the complaint here. After spending almost $50 I would expect my order to be correct and at least fresh. I'm kind of disappointed especially because one of my children couldn't eat what all we got due to her health so she had to make something at home because we didn't get her sandwich like we paid for."

"This place has gone straight down hill. Not sure what happened but it is terrible now. I've been ordering online and picking up here for 5 years and it was always fantastic. Maybe 4-6 months ago it just went completely bad. Wrong ingredients, missing food ordered, etc. This didn't just happen once but the last 6-7 times I've ordered from here. The food is just bad now. I give up waiting for it to get better. Time to move on to another pizza place."

"Honestly at one point really liked ordering here because of all the pizza reward benefits but now they're trying to make it to where you can't even use them by a 15 $delivery rule now if you want to use your pizza points you have to go pick it up or buy at least 15$worth honestly not even worth it anymore"

"What the heck happened to Domino's, on Beaumont Ave. In Beaumont, Ca.?Obviously desperate for a good Manager!!! I had called in order of Large pizza and a tin of chicken with Alfredo Sauce. I picked up order and returned home. The tin of grilled chicken had absolutely no sauce, a tin with warm grilled chicken pieces "sticking" to dry gummy pieces of penne pasta., with a "hint" of Alfredo seasoning. I called the store to question why no sauce on my pasta and the female Manager indignantly argued that they do put sauce on their pasta...well they missed my tin!! Time for a new Manager!"

"I love this Dominos! They always make out food so good and the employees are very friendly. I think they are doing a great job in efforts to help with the spread of Covid-19. Everytime I go there all the associates are wearing masks and/or gloves, they make sure there are not too many people in the store at one time. I also love the fact the with Domino's now, there are so many ways to get your food... of course there is always Delivery and Carryout like normal, but now they have the Domino's Hot Spots where you can meet the delivery driver somewhere close by and pick up your order that way, and now they also offer Curbside delivery which I also think is super awesome! Domino's you're doing a great job! And This location specifically has to be one of my favorites! Thank you to the Domino's team for working so hard and doing such a great job!"
