"One Star Review 2/6 Evening Staff I am extremely disappointed and appalled by the behavior of the staff at Jersey Mike's during our visit tonight. My daughter, a frequent customer, placed an order over the phone and when we arrived to pick it up, the staff members began mocking her order in a way that was both unprofessional and downright disrespectful. This not only created an incredibly uncomfortable environment but also left my daughter feeling embarrassed and unwelcome. It's beyond me how employees of such a well-regarded establishment can exhibit such a lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. Their behavior tonight was unacceptable, and it deeply concerns me that this is how customers are treated. This incident has made it very clear that the staff at this location are in dire need of training on how to treat customers with respect and dignity. You never know who is around and listening boys! Management needs to be aware that the conduct of their employees has directly resulted in losing a loyal customer. - It's disheartening to see such disregard for customers, and I hope that immediate action will be taken to address and rectify this issue to ensure that no other customer has to endure such an unwelcoming experience."

"Sandwiches are delicious. I picked up a #7 with avocado plus jalapenos. Yum! Always a line but worth the wait!"

"Great sandwiches! A little pricey but I’m willing to pay for a place that ACTUALLY tries to be gluten-free friendly. They use Udis bread which is also dairy free, as well as wiping down all surfaces that the other breads touch to keep contact down. Other than putting cheese on my sandwich when I told them not to (because i have a dairy allergy also) they have been great!"

"I absolutely love Jersey Mike's! Always fresh and always delicious! Order a sandwich with meats you like and you will be highly satisfied with the flavor. Get your sandwich Mike's Way (lettuce, onions, tomatoes, red wine vinegar, olive oil blend and spices [oregano and salt]) and you will not be disappointed. Of course if you don't like a certain condiment just let them know. Join their rewards program and get rewarded with free sub's and on you birthday a free sub as well."

"Jersey Mike's sandwiches are ok. Their employees are always nice and friendly. It's good for when you need to grab a quick lunch. This time I ordered a grilled veggie wrap. It was messy, but good."
