"Greasy wings! And the service was horrible! We walked in and were not greeted for 5 min. Not even a "welcome to wing stop" there was like 7 people behind the counter staring at us. Finally, someone from the back came and proceeded to take our order."

"I ordered a 20 piece meal for me and a few friends and it never arrived and when I called my delivery driver she didn’t speak English so I called Wingstop myself and let her know I would be calling the people working at Wingstop today October 24, 2022 were absolutely no help And I asked if I can get a refund for my order or how my order replaced so I can get a new order and my food still never arrived. It said it was out for delivery and that would arrive in five minutes but it never came. I ended up paying $28.83 for food that never arrived and I was told that I couldn’t get no refund and there is nothing they can do about it I contacted the customer service hotline and was told I can get a refund but it would take up to two weeks and this was the last amount of money in my account. This is a very poor experience and I’m probably never gonna get wings at this location ever again. Then when I went to go get my money back since they said they can give it in cash I when to the bathroom and it was infested with roaches so I told the workers at the front and got brushed off mine you this was yesterday October 24 2022 And I was still not refunded or compensated for my order."

"Im in love with this place. I went for my first time and got the Korean BBQ. I like spicy. Real spicy..but it wasn't as spicy as I hoped it would be but it was absolutely delicious"
