"I have known Little Caesars and actually the founding Family for many years. Fine people for sure. My first time with the XL Deep Dish and it was great. But the Lobby was packed with people and they clearly need more staff. I know it was a Friday night, but I think the Local Franchise operator should plan accordingly. The original pizza that I ordered was not quite like it used to be. My order was online and prepaid but would not fit into the Portal. So I had to wait 20+ minutes just to get my order that had been ready for a while. So I will just stay away from any order from Friday through Sunday night."

"You can tell why I gave a 1 star. I am sure I didn't order bread with a little bit of stuff on it. Also it was super hard not even a soft crust. Check your pizza! I didn't because it was raining and I just wanted to get home. When you break the pieces up its like 3 bites of actual pizza. Also when I got there all the employees were just fooling around 2 were there just staring at me didn't even greet me at all until someone else came to the front and took my order. Also I have to call twice to place it because they answered and hung up on me before I could even speak. I've never had this problem with the other little Caesars so I was too trusting. Never coming back to this location again."
