"Great service in-store but beware the return policy, This is an "independent store" and you will not be able to return shoes at a different Birkenstock store. I spent $300 and had to ability to travel back to Sacramento to return the shoes locally within 30 days. I assumed I could return them near home. I wish this was made more clear at the time of purchase when I asked if returns are allowed."

"Went in couple of weeks ago, bought a pair of Arizona's. These are my second pair, love the brand. During COVID-19 restrictions, I would advice shoppers to get to the store early and anticipate waiting for 30 or more minutes. They served the customer waiting in line beyond the store closure hours, which I thought was nice of them. Good experience."
