"I was there yesterday afternoon the store in Mission Valley i spent exactly $145.80 on shoes & accessories. Anyways I was in line behind 2 customers at the register and at the end of each sale the cashier Lucas gave each customer a little card of a promotion of $25 off if you spend $75 you get the $25 off on your next in store visit which I had already seen it on their website. So when i was done paying for my purchase Lucas did not even bother to give me the $25 off little card for my next visit. They were sitting right next to the register. So what it is does it only apply to certain customers. Honestly I left the store very upset could it have been my race I don't know im still bothered by this Vans store cashier should treat customers equally. But I will say the staff that were attending customers that were asking for shoes gave excellent customer service very satisfied with their service."
