"I came here on a mission. I normally go to DSW, Nordstrom, or order from Gilt to replace my Birkenstocks but this place was on my way home and I remembered them being well stocked. Omg! Michelle was INCREDIBLE. I did not really think I needed much help but she connected and related to my experience, she had really helpful suggestions, and I even tried a new style that I just love. I could've spent all day talking to her she was such a delight but the store was getting busy so I didn't want to take up too much time.
