"1. Checked website for store hours & called to confirm. 2. Arrived 1 hour before closing. 3. Owner/operator in store w/lights on refused to open front door to speak to me and/or let me inside to shop. Instead he pointed to a sign on the door that tells customers that the store is only open by appointment and they have to call to schedule between 1 and 5pm. 4. I called & he picked up the phone (visible through front door & glass). I explained that I had driven a long way to come to his store and asked if he would allow me to shop since there were no other customers there & the store was supposed to be open during business hours. 5. He refused and told me to 'make an appointment' and 'come back another day'. 6. I left and bought 5 pairs of shoes at his competitor nearby, who was kind enough to wait for my arrival and help me even after that other store was supposed to be 'closed'."

"This is a STRANGE PLACE! I needed shoes and was prepared to pay a lot if I could find comfortable ones. I went to the store and although it was open with customers inside the doors were locked. Turns out I need an appointment to shop there! I was told it would takes 10-14 days for me to get an appointment because I am not a previous customer. This is not a customer friendly store and it’s not getting a second chance from me."
