"Disappointed today. Trying to buy shoes. Myself and another customer needed shoes pulled from the back. Employee was sent back to shoe department, grabs us shoes, then goes back to front to chit-chat with cashier. Didn't check to see if we needed further assistance, which I definitely did. It seemed ridiculous that I was put in the position of having to walk half way through the store to ask the guy to come back. Pretty sure we were the only customers in the store at that time. Not the norm for this location, I've been a customer for years, but I ended up leaving without shoes."
