"The customer service was beyond disappointing. I highly recommend reading the fine print before purchasing those $100 gift cards for $60, as they are not redeemable for sale items. It's ridiculous that you can't even purchase during a sale. And as for the exchange, the lack of response is unacceptable. I hope they get back to me soon with a resolution. That's not what I was told. Tried to upload the email be it's not allowing me to. I'd like to communicate with someone, not in the review section. As of today, I haven't received a reply from anyone."

"Ordered a mystery pair of underwear for my 6 year old daughter and got skulls and brass knuckles. When told the situation they said I needed to pay for the shipping to return the item (cost more than the item) and then they would send me a new pair. My daughter just wanted to be like her brother and unfortunately I will not support a company that will send brass knuckles and skulls to a 6 year old girl and when asked to replace they won’t without me paying to ship them back. Will not support this company."

"What’s there to say, I love the underwear there super comfortable and low key attractive. They have so many designs and they release new ones pretty much every week. There customer support is amazing always answer as soon as I message them. Super fast shipping I get them within 4 days or even the same week if I buy them on a Monday! They are a little to pricy but I recommend just buying the $85 or even more you’ll get free shipping plus you’ll pay monthly with PayPal pay later. Wtv just get ethika underwear’s there mad comfy and amazing! Best brand out there"

"I made a purchase on cyber Monday, I never received my order. Ethika told me to contact UPS to begin a claim and call them back with the claim number. I have done that whole lengthy process and I cannot get a person on the phone from this company at the number listed, not have I gotten an email response other than the auto response that says someone will contact you. It has been over ten attempts to reach them by phone, 3 emails and now ups said that they never received my package from the shipper to begin with. UPS said they sent their claim form over to Ethika but has not gotten any communication or what they need to process the claim. I expected better communication and at this point I have filed a complaint with the BBB because I still have not received my merchandise nor my refund. The items are no longer available on their site and sold out. This is just horrific."

"It’s impossible to get in contact with customer service! I’ve called and waited endless hours, as well as sent emails. I’m beginning to wonder if a customer service department even exists. All I need is an exchange in size. The ones sent were 4 sizes too big."
