"02.21.24 This Skechers store definitely fits the 'warehouse' name. The store occupies what used to be a Walgreens location. The store serves the Santa Ana area and the reps or helpers appear to all be Hispanic which is a very good thing so that the customers can get bilingual help. I don't know the extent of training the reps here receive on Skechers shoes - I just think there is a little bit of disconnect between the incredible number of shoes to choose from and what seems to be a lack of expertise on the many types of shoes that are being offered. If the shoes are arranged or displayed so that all shoes that advertise "arch support" are together or some catchy labels to help direct customers to what they're looking for, I'm sure there will be more people to visit the store. Other than men, women, and kids sections as guide for customers, that's pretty much it... Overall, the store was clean and worth a visit, especially if you're looking for Skechers brand. No issues on parking as there are plenty of parking spaces."

"Young or old Skechers have the right footwear. The staff at the location work very hard at keeping the store clean and in order, as well as helping customers find what they are looking for. Everything is reasonably priced and the clearance section is at the back of the store. Comfort is very important to me, I have tried them all but Skechers have the quality and thousands of styles to choose from."
