"I will make this short and sweet. They ruined my Birkenstocks - a model that is discontinued. If your Birkenstocks are not replaceable, I advise you find some where else to take them for repair. Unfortunately SLO doesn't have an authorized Birkenstock repair shop anymore, but you are better off shipping them out of the area to someone authorized."

Also another employee was having a small issue with a customer that you could not appease if you brought the heavens down to her! But, he handled it with professionalism and the patience of a saint!
