"Not surprising the rating is a 2.3. I was greeted by a nice man and I showed him a shoe they had displayed and requested to try them on in my size. He said I had to wait and see Marj. Not sure why he couldn't check if they had them in stock. Marj approached me and said “ oh I don’t like to wait on cute people because they only want cute shoes”. Rude. Inappropriate. While Marj wanted to provide me with her lifetime resume and success stories about all the stores she has owned and how many people she has helped and how many shoes she has sold, all I wanted was to buy a pair of shoes I saw displayed in their store. I was told this is a clinic not a store and I had to be measured and order shoes that she felt were best for me because they didn’t have ANY shoe in their store in my size. Seems silly to pay and order shoes that you haven’t seen or even tried on. The same shoes I wanted are available on Amazon and less expensive. While Marj may be knowledgeable about her field, she clearly hasn’t learned that kindness goes a long way. When I reached out to another location, they told me Marj is the owner and he presented her verbal resume to me again and told me if I had a bad experience, it must be ME.! Me. The customer who just wanted to buy a pair of shoes. So clearly they are not a retail store."

"I went here several times for help and orthopedic shoes after I had a fractured foot. The two men that helped me were amazingly great. If you wear orthotics, you will need to bring them with you so they can expertly fit you with shoes of your choice. This is a very big and clean store. They take their time with you and were extremely kind and knowledgeable about foot pain and foot problems. I was so happy when I walked out feeling great and tremendously better than I walked into this marvelous shop. A must go to if you need good fitting shoes for foot problems. I can guarantee they will find you something very suitable for you. If not, they can order you shoes, also. A must stop shop for foot comfort. They have ample parking and handicapped spots. Very easy to drive in and out if this shopping complex."

"Fantastic Service. They came to my home to fit the shoes. They did all the paperwork for me. It was so much better and I go the the shoes in less than 1/2 the time. I tried a competitor in Fremont...starts with an S and ends with ergy. They wouldn't do anything for me. I did not even know what to do. The staff and Walk Rite got all the information for me. Made sure everything was correct and I now have shoes paid by Medicare."

"The employees here were absolutely amazing all 3 of them. The older women, can come off strong. Easily her approach can easily be mistaken as rude. Honestly her and the other two gentlemen were amazing and the woman was so amazing with her knowledge and suggestions. My grandfather has never been happier"
