"I was instantly out of my league just staring at the floor listing. Ultimate Ears gear was right by the door so I didn't have to navigate too much fancy stuff. It took a while to get set up for a session and the listening station was kind of a mess. James and I still managed. Super friendly and knew the product pretty well, owning two different models. He hovered a bit but I was toying around with well over a grand of audio equipment the size of earrings so I get it. Really you only get to listen to top of the line 18+ model here, the other models are emulated on an iPad app. How much of a sound signature and isolation impression you get is also questionable, using foam tips on a iem which will be customized for a perfect fit. Still, handling the product gave me an idea of build quality and possible finishes. If you do go on with an order they can take your impressions right then and there. However it's nothing fancy like laser measurements, same fitkit and snap a few photos like you'd do at home. Overall great experience, it's amazing to have a spot like this to try out such a niche product!"
