Boot Barn

"Love this place, but....... I was just given a pair of uggs for Christmas (purchased from here) which were unfortunately too big. So I brought them back and exchanged them, but they didn't have the same ones in my size, so I had to pay an additional twenty-five bucks for a different style (the kind with three wooden buttons up the side) the employees were cool about the exchange and managed to squeeze a couple more hundred bucks out of me for a few cute tops. But then..... The first day I wore the boots, a couple hours in, they feel a little floppy, so I look down and realize that four of the six buttons had fallen off and been lost. It's more of an ugg problem than a boot barn problem so I'm leaving my five stars up for now. I'll update my review accordingly after I go in and see how they handle the situation."

"BOOT BARN SANTA ROSA CALIFORNIA Needed a pair of logging boots. Called our local store, nope, then called the Santa Rosa store. WOW! They had them, we drove there, & what a SURPRISE! Whomever their Manager is or are, they know how to merchandise. No wasted space & nearly everything to fit out the modern westerner was available. Not just boots, which if you can imagine it, they've got it. Men's wear, Women's wear, belts, jewelry, tops,bottoms. The way a store should be stocked. Great associates, attentive, helpful. Cons? Their cash only register has a committed attendant who isn't allowed to help anyone else. I didn't notice any cash payers during the 15 minutes in line, which was OK as it was super busy & all employees remained cheerful & helpful. That's an additional "nod" to whomever does the hiring. It was a little difficult to find, being in the back of a strip mall, but we were from out of town & unfamiliar with streets even with GPS. We phoned for directions & easy breezy after that. Until some yahoo decided to pass all the traffic on the street in our lane. Then made a U-turn again, going down the way he was headed & up on the sidewalk to get into Starbucks! IDIOT. But, after that, the exceptional staff at Santa Rosa Boot Barn made one feel welcomed & wanting our business & pleased to help us, plus a very attentive & nice Security Officer. Thanks you guys!"

"Amazingly stocked store off Santa Rosa Ave. Tons of product from Cody James, Stetson, Hawk, etc. They also have jewelry and plenty of good ol cowboy goods, wallets, belts, boots, etc. Prices are accommodating as well."
