"Went here after years of working a pair of boots I bought from them when they were Santa Rosa Shoes. Came back looking for the same quality and service, sadly did not get it. I was pressured to try and buy insoles that I didn't want or need. Then when I actually took the boots home for work and tried them one day they didn't fit well and hurt my feet, plus they were a bit overpriced. Sadly the quality of service went down from the name change which makes me quite sad."
