"Of I could give a zero I would. I spent nearly $500 asked Jesus for a paper receipt was told they couldn't print me one but would email me one, the email never came. I got home and noticed clothes missing from my bag, called and got transferred around over 2 hours for each person to tell me they could not give me a receipt for my transactions and I would not be able to make receipts. I could wait 10 days for a purchase order and take it to the store and they might take returns if they cam find the transactions on my account. I am furious and feel absolutely robbed. Shady shady shady!"
"Mona the assistant manager was very dismissive and provided the worst customer service I've ever had at a clothing store. I attempted to exchange an item for a different size with my receipt. It was past the 30 day return period so was told I could not exchange. On the return policy posted in store it states with no receipt items can be returned for store credit at the sale price. I asked if we could just not use my receipt and do that then I would just use the store credit to buy the same item which is at sale price, sounds reasonable right. She said since she saw my receipt already she would not do that, which makes no sense to me. I asked for her name & name/number of the manager and was told she cannot provide that. So I'm going to lose the receipt and go back for store credit, such a waste of everyone's time."
"Disappointing customer service experience. Came in to make a return & do some shopping. I intended to return a pair of pants I'd tried on for maybe 30 seconds (they were clearly too big) and then put back in its plastic wrap. When the clerk pulled them out of the plastic wrap, she pointed out two cat hairs on the leg. I pulled them off, and checked the pants over and pulled off 1 other cat hair. Definitely my mistake, I generally give my returns a once-over, but I hadn't checked since I'd tried them on so briefly. But the clerk then told me she could no longer accept the pants for return because of the 3 cat hairs. I ended up just walking out of the store confused & embarrassed, & didn't do the shopping I'd intended to do. If it were covered in cat hair or clearly worn I'd totally get it. But I removed the hairs right then and there, so I guess I just don't understand the policy. People with pets try on clothes at home all the time, so there's always an allergy risk with returns. I was able to get a prepaid return label through customer service, but now it's just one more errand I'll have to run."
"Whoever is managing this Old Navy obviously hasn't heard of ADA compliance or just doesn't care I couldn't even get a stroller through some parts of the sales floor ! Floor was jam packed and barely big enough for a person to walk through so forget wheelchair accessibility. The bathrooms only few hours after opening were atrocious urine all over no toliet paper, seat overs everywhere, floors and baby changing station were filthy judging by the state I'd think it's safe to assume they weren't cleaned for that business day."
"Walking into this Old Navy, there is a display of mannequin's that tell alot about the store. It offers casual clothing for the whole family. You can also expect affordable, high quality apparel with a large variety of sizes to choose from. I purchased some shirts here recently for a vacation. They had just what I was looking for. The name Old Navy comes from a Parisian Cafe. I like the dark shade of blue outside the store, offering a sense of confidence and stability."
