"My wife and I renamed this place as "The Unfriendly" towards lactose intolerant individuals. I wanted to get a burger without cheese. Told no modifications per company policy. Ordered two hamburgers. No toppings or anything. Both burgers were just pure grease. Save yourself and go to an In N out or another burger joint, especially with horrible parking."
"Last Sunday I hit up the PB location and had an excellent experience thanks to Joe M. This Sunday I showed up to the convoy location with my buddy who's never had a Friendly burger. The 2 gentlemen working today 01/28/2024 at open were fantastic! Great vibes, fantastic customer service, and a dedication to quality burgers coming off the flat top. This place is the closest by far to my house (5-10 min drive). Stoked about this lil chain. Hopefully I can get them to open one up in my kitchen"
