"I had the kindest Nike employee help me today. After I stood in the longest line I let the young gentlemen know that I was there to pick up shoes I ordered. Apparently I was supposed to go somewhere else in the store to get them. The young man just smiled and said, "You know what? I'm going to get them for you ma'am." He came back and I thanked him so much for being so kind and tried to tip him but they aren't allowed tips. He smiled and said it's no problem. There is not many young men that kind and polite and I'm sure he had been on his feet all day Great customer service and I hope he gets recognized for his outstanding service. I think his name is Christopher."
