"Don’t bother coming here to buy shoes. If their system is down then the associates can’t even go find you a shoe. What kind of store can’t go in the back and find a shoe!? They have new kiosks that aren’t well marked that you have to click through like online shopping and then have them bring you a shoe. I was planning on buying cleats and a new glove here but not after this. Terrible service model. Go to big5 down the street. Shoes were much better priced"

"I had an excellent experience returning a yeti tumbler that I had ordered through door dash but it ended up being too big so I wanted to return it for a smaller size and unfortunately I didn’t have the paper receipt (door dash deliverer’s fault) but I did have my order proof and door dash picture. Natalie was able to process my return with a great attitude and was very kind, I was about to just make my purchase and forego the return and try my luck through door dash but thankfully I didn’t have to go through all that trouble!
