"I don't usually leave reviews, but for Sandy at the MAC counter I just have to. She is the most helpful, kind, and honest MAC/Cosmetic artist I have ever had the pleasure of being helped by. She really listens to what you're looking for, helps you find multiple options to choose from, and helps you step out of your comfort zone when it comes to color choice. I left with a lipstick and eyeshadow palette that I wouldn't have chosen for myself, but after putting them on at home I absolutely adore them! They are definitely my new every day faves. I've shopped with MAC for years and don't usually go to counters since I often don't receive good service, but I came back to this location specifically because of Sandy and to get her opinion on cosmetics. Thank you Sandy!"

"Went in to buy a coat. When I arrived in this dept, the staff member never acknowledged me even though we are looking eye to eye and I'm the only one in the area. She left the entire section and never returned. So every question I wanted to ask went unanswered, and I left. On the bright side, I left with plenty of money in my pocket, but still cold. If you aren't gonna treat every customer the same then get out of customer service, go stock boxes in the back or something away from people."

"Juan! Let me just start with how friendly he was! He had a curly mohawk haircut and was wearing a red shirt. He was so helpful too! My boyfriend and I came in here for a pair of pants and found a jacket he'd been wanting for MONTHS! At an incredible discount too. When he rang it up it was a different price and we asked about it. He had that problem solved and checked us out so fast it was incredible! I'll definitely be back that was the best experience I've ever had at any store!"
