"Games are broken, and they don't credit you back for the games being out of order. Most don't even have signs stating they don't work. Staff here is rude when seeking assistance to repair the games. Coming to an oversized arcade and having to check for balls or guns that work is so frustrating, it takes away from the experience of "having fun". DO BETTER!"
"This round1 got the best manager and staffs period. I’ve been coming here regularly for the past year and never had any trouble until this time when me and my friends encountered a broken claw machine, we then asked for help and swiftly the manager decides to make it right and gave us the prize anyway. Overall, very happy with the difficulty of the claw machines and the very helpful staffs!"

"Love this arcade so much to do so many machines to play so many games to play great for people of all ages young or old They have alcohol, karaoke room, billiards tables, bowling alley arcade games claw machines you name it they probably have it Best arcade ever and they change out the price is pretty regularly so that's a really good feature. I recommend taking your whole family here Because there is things for everyone. At a decent price too. love you round one!!!"
