"Normally Starbucks is a pretty consistent experience no matter where you go. We came at about 10:00 a.m. on a Sunday and there had to have been seven or eight workers but they mostly seem focused on drive-thru and mobile orders. The one person taking orders in person at the register seemed to be coordinating a lot of those mobile orders while the line built up. I don't think I've ever had that long of a wait when there we're only three people in line. Think we were there for at least 15 minutes waiting because she kept walking away to deal with mobile orders. All we wanted was a cake pop and I had to flag down somebody who walked by me three times as we are waiting at the register just to order the stupid thing. I wouldn't normally comment but it was notable how slow this Starbucks was relative to pretty much every other one I've ever been to. I don't know if your metrics are based upon drive-thru and mobile orders turnover speed, but maybe the company needs to focus on ensuring in person orders are taken at the same speed."

"I went there a few times last month and it took forever even though there were only a few cars in front of me. Then I was forced to consider a tip upon checking out. I didn’t think the service was great and my order was expensive so I declined. I understand that sometimes companies don’t pay their workers enough… but I don’t tip unless I’m in a sit down restaurant or in a hotel. Shame on Starbucks for forcing tips and the workers who have to beg at the window and get angry with customers for not tipping when they just bought a 7.00 coffee that probably is worth about 1.50."

"The location at Landana is consistently disappointing. Rude baristas, long waits and poorly made drinks. One photo is a cloud machiato I received at this location and the other is the same drink at another location. When I questioned the amount of actual coffee in my drink the barista argued with me and refused to remake my drink. Everytime I get one at any other locations, the coffee is up to the 3rd line. Same size, same flavor, everything. But when I get it at the Landana location, I barely get any espresso for the $5 I'm spending on ice and foam."
