"One of the best thrift stores in this area. Low prices, great selection, and special sales."
"This store deliberately sells fake Pokémon booster pack. The cards are fake and you will not given your money back. The flea market near by sells legit Pokémon booster packs."
"First time visiting this store. Andrea was very friendly, welcoming, and overall provided amazing customer service! I bought books and a few home items. Store has cold drinks and snacks for purchase. Also, they sell a bunch of brand new items like blankets, hats, backpacks and more. It gave me flea market vibes. I’ll be back another day."
"I've been a customer since they were located in Rosemont, always have great employees who will take the time to speak with you, make a connection, and answer your questions. Although they've downsized from the old days they still carry a great selection of products, store stays clean, organized and I've never left empty handed. I've also donated numerous times and it's always a smooth transaction with their employees, never rushed and always offer a receipt for taxes. I will continue to bypass the big fraud thrift stores to frequent my locally owned mom n pop shop"
"The staff is really rude and they will gossip through there whole shift. The manager is super impolite as well. I use to love coming here for the good stuff, and pricing. Its just the lady who works here has such a bad vibe it makes me sick to be around. She got mad at me for shoe laces and I am not kidding her problem was a shoelace. She was domineering and cold in her manner. She was irritated as I have two little babies with me and this woman won't sell me a shoelace package with one shoelace. I forget her reasoning why?! It was so weird and the manager when I asked him to come out as I felt dogged out and threatened by the hostility of the lady. He made it seem that I had caused the issue. Keep in mind I have come in here many times since they were off of keifer Blvd. The staff here have always been really off in a sense of integritable character. I figured it would change after a few years and it did. They eventually left and some stayed but usually the goods ones left too soon. The manager played that I was trying to instigate as I talked to him. Keep in mind I was not shouting or upset in the way of slandering. He directed me to.speak with him in the shop. It made it seem that he was well aware of her character as he was not at all concerned with how the woman treated me. She has tattoos on her hands. Anyways had he actually tried to make this right... he would have had monthly 200- or more in his Till from us alone. Definitely do not go there! There are deals everywhere and not worth the drama."
