"What the worst customer Service in this Store, As manager acted named Violeta Flores#1248, She has So disrespectful attitude. I bought for my kid birthday almost more than 100$ and offered me 30/100 off from my purchase I open account with them and I said No that is fine and paid out and a minute later I change my mind and grab my Id and Start run my Credit right away I got notification that my credit is already run by credit bureau within a minute and She said No you have to run again which affects running my credit Score, have No option So I did again then It turned out Saying that we will let you know after revises your credit ? And told her Since am in hurry I Should get my discount and go to my way , and she said no I have to pay in full what a Customer service and management is that after running my Credit? Because my credit Score is outstanding approval am Sure for that and I checked every time it is almost 801 . The worst company and the worst Customer Service with bad Manager lead by Violeta Flores . I don’t recommend this Store ."

"I just left the store, i purchased pjs for my baby, i always wash my babys clothes before, and one of the pajamas ripped before she get a chance to even wear it, so i went to the store to see if i can exchange it, the lady that helped me was not helpful at all she had an attitude, i was trying to explain, i could tell on her face, she is like “NOO YOU CANT ITS WASHED” i said yes i washed my babys clothes before. She kept saying no bc its washed without giving me options like “you know what here what i can do for you or let me ask my manager” i understand its a policy but the way she spoke to me maybe she was having a bad day but ive worked in costumer service before you dont talk to costumers like that. I asked if there was a phone number i can call to see if they can help me. I called them and he was very helpful he refunded my money i can purchase it again it or buy something else. I hope they train their staff better."

"I needed preemie baby clothes last minute for my friend's new, precious daughter. After coming up short at Target and Walmart, I checked this Carter's store and was ecstatic at the selection that they had available in preemie sizes! I got more than enough and it was all ridiculously adorable. After a whirlwind of an unexpected labor and delivery, my friend was incredibly grateful and relieved to have clothes in time for her daughter's arrival. Daniela and Yasmine were so sweet and helpful. They made my day and I will be back thanks to their service and kindness!"

"The good: clean shop, friendly staff, good sales, well stocked. The not so good: extremely slow checkout especially if someone in front of you, narrow aisles- hard to get stroller or wheelchair through and difficult to navigate. Please, If a line is forming to check out please call someone to help, especially when people with kids are waiting."
