"I wish I had good things to say about this place but unfortunately every time I've been in this store I've been treated poorly. I've sold multiple items to them, multiple times and they offer extremely low amounts for everything. They are also very particular about how you bring the stuff in to sell as well and if it's not perfectly done they won't accept anything. They also like to change their hours randomly and stop doing buys early sometimes. Times listed online are not accurate you should definitely call before going. Aside from them offering me next to nothing for brand new, name brand items, they are also just extremely rude all the time and make you feel stupid when asking any questions about anything."

"You are better off donating your gently used or even brand new baby clothes. They ask you to bring everything in a bin or basket(but not a tall one) all folded or they won't even look at the stuff but then when you pick it up they just throw it all back into the basket. They also buy like nothing. I brought in 3 trash bags worth of clothes, all folded neatly in baskets. No stains or anything. Didn't even get $15 and they just threw what they didn't want back into the basket. Not selling here ever again."

"this place is a scam. i brought in 2 totes of stuff. mostly new. and they offered me $40 for about 60 items. i took most back and they offered me $5 for the clothes which i should have looked thru before i agreed but didn’t. when i got home i noticed that ALL of the clothes that were brand new with tags were gone which was about $100 worth and they gave me $5. would not recommend this place. the people there were rude and unprofessional."

"What they offer for brand new unopened Items and slightly used clothes is ridiculous. And their prices that they sell their items for you can get at like a Ross for New.and I also agree with a lot of the comments here about staff not being nice. This was my 2nd time coming and both times staff was not the nicest. Never spending my time here again I will be donating everything from now on."

"Let me start by saying that I have sold to this store before. Now, I know that they are not going to give full retail price back for things that they buy from you. But, I brought in a complete stroller/infant travel system that was just made in 2022. This set retails for $500+. The tag(plastic instructions, etc..) was still attached TO THE SEAT OF CAR SEAT. this entire thing had never been touched and you could tell. They said that they won't take the car seat... That it's a liability..even though it is a completely unused one.. then they wanted to buy the stroller alone.. and give me $42 cash for it.. and then they said that they are only giving me $42 because it's supposed to come as a travel system..... But they don't take the car seat!!! Upon looking through the store, as I am expecting.. we come across the baby swings and find one of them with two screws sticking completely out of the frame where the baby sits(SEE ATTACHED IMAGES)... They screws do not go with this swing. The screws would not unscrew or screw in anymore they were forced in there by whoever brought the swing to this store. The store didn't even check this swing to see if it was any kind of a liability. The employees are disgusting and rude. NONE of them want to help with anything and got upset that they had to ring people up."
