"One Star is more than this company deserves!!! It’s just amazing that over 2 years past Covid when such restrictions were somewhat plausible, that Carters-Osh Gosh continues their No Bathroom policy!!! It’s a kid’s store for goodness sake!!! Today was my last ever time to give them my money!!! And I have 7 grandkids that I shop for!!! I doubt they care. Carters: Get over yourselves & hire a janitorial service to maintain a customer bathroom!!! Other than this, I have to commend the sales force in each store for their helpfulness and cheerful attitudes. They made shopping there a pleasure."

"They charged me 2 times for the same purchase. Used debit card and was told the first time it didn’t go through so had to do it again in under a minute. Call and they still took the money. Never will I shop there again."

"I am an Ontario Mills mall employee, I understand that unfortunately people steal and I understand you feel obligated to protect your store however, today i experienced something that made me extremely uncomfortable in this store. I am an African American woman and from the minute I walked into the store all eyes were on me. No matter where I was in the store there was someone behind me. I walked to the front of the store simply to find smaller sizes for my daughter and was asked 3 times by 3 different people if I wanted a bag for my stuff literally with in 3 minutes. At this point I no longer wanted to continue shopping and didn’t even want to buy the items I had in my hand, I did because if I hadn’t i would’ve been accused of attempting to steal. I have never in my life stolen anything and this was the first time I have even been followed through the store the entire time I was in there. I will not be returning to this carters and I advice my fellow African American Mother’s to do the same!!"

"This place is clean and organized. Could get a bit packed considering it's Ontario mills I for some reason find better deals at the Riverside Plaza location . Tips: always wait for Carter's to have 40% of clearance u will find the best deals I get my son up to 4 outfits under 20$"
