"I finally went inn to the carters store today to pick up my grandsons Rain jacket he's been wanting .I called yesterday and had the Mgr hold it for me .well in arriving I seen other items I had to purchase. the female mgr and employee were very perfesional nice respectful and haven't received this type of such awesome customer service they were on task .so corporate give these young ladies a Gift card of some type or a day off .thank you ladies the gentlemen who purchased rain jacket and rain boot for my grandson thank you once more"
