"Today I had a situation at the Dds store 5704 Whittier Commerce, CA. I am not a frequent customer and I had no idea that now you have to wait to pass. What happened is that I entered the store and they had the posts with a tape to pass through, I lifted the tape because I thought they forgot to remove it because they had just opened at 9:33 am on Sunday, October 15, 2023, the security person told me I had to wait and I said no because I thought he was joking but I didn't know I really had to wait and I refused to go in; Then he told his store manager that I told him I wouldn't wait because I thought it was a joke but in reality he had to wait and he told him that he couldn't enter! I don't like problems and I better left and said sorry and thank you but I never saw a sign that said that now you have to wait for them to let you pass. and the security person was talking and that's why I did what I did. There are many stores to go to but I won't forget the bad time I had. thanks for your attention"
"New items everyday, Well stocked organized, survelliance visible, plenty of personnel to help customers.. safety health guidelines enforced,mask required prior to enter premises, good prices, and monitoring public safety due to recent ransacking"
"My experience at dds was amazing. So much reasonable prices and the store is well stocked. I feel welcomed when I walk in. I especially like to recognize a loss prevention worker I think his name is Hector he is really helpful and I want the mangers to know that it’s a blessing to have him in the store. Deserves a raise!"
