"I got vegetable pho takeout with shrimp added in. The food was ready to go when I got there, and the waiter at the front was very nice. Unfortunately, the food was not good. I’m not an expert on pho by any means, but after years of almost exclusively ordering vegetarian (+shrimp) pho for takeout I have an idea of what “good pho” means to me - it always comes down to the broth and this broth tasted like mushroom water. The portion was ok, the shrimp were great, and the noodles were decent but the broth didn’t taste like anything. I’ve never experienced a vegetarian pho broth with such little flavor. For $21, it was really disappointing."

"I ordered the Trolley Bowl to go. The portions are very small. They fill the noodles and meat to less than halfway of the Takeout bowl and they don’t fill the soup container all the way up. The soup tasted good but the value doesn’t match up to the price point. I prefer Pho Duyen Mai and Phuong Trang."

"The best Pho! I ever had in my life! I had the Spicy Rib Eye Pho, which they specialize in grilling their Rib Eye for that smoky taste, like having a steak right off the BBQ grill into your Pho."
