"Bar Louie is situated in the bustling Tustin District Legacy center, making it a popular hangout spot. We visited on St. Patrick's Day and were pleased to see that they had some exciting deals going on, including a 50% discount on drinks and beer. However, the happy hour appetizers we ordered were just average and the portions were small. We also tried their green jello shots (in honor of St. Patrick's Day), which were enjoyable, but not particularly strong. Although there was a DJ playing music, the volume was turned up so high that it was difficult to have a conversation without shouting. Unfortunately, our group had to leave early as the noise level was just too much."
