"I used to work here so I know it gets very busy sometimes, but I come in as a guest a few years later and I see it’s taken a turn for the worst! The store is absolutely messed up and an eye sore. The clothes aren’t organized whatsoever and the sizes were not properly labeled. I came in for a few pairs of socks and shorts and was greeted by the security guard which was pleasant. Upon arriving to the checkout line I was also greeted by a line of 20 guests with cart fulls of items and only 2 cashiers. I do not blame the employees but rather management for this ongoing issue. Let it be told I placed my items where I retrieved them and left."

"Probably won’t shop here again after this experience. I tried to return 40$ shoes after I called ahead of time, the first issue I had was the huge wait in line (which ended up being for nothing) 2 cashiers for most of the wait then they finally got help. No problem this location gets busy, then I get to the front and the lady says it was luggage! I never bought luggage I bought shoes and socks! She refused the return after basically calling me a liar saying no u bought luggage that’s what the skew says. Then said I needed the tag? Well that’s bull cause I used to work there and we were able to print out the tags! Unless that suddenly changed which would make since now that they obviously can rip off customers like this! Guess they have a method! I might just stop in and see where the 40$ luggage is-what for kids? Doubt it’s for an adult!!!"

"Super Burlington. Very close to the border of Mexico. Has almost all you might need for fashion, home, pit, and kitchen. Good quality for a low price. Parking is free. Next to this Burlington is a super Walmart."

"Very nice store was just built not even a year ago i liked there variety of things and all and the man who checked us out was extremely nice but the security guard treated us like we were stealing like kind of had a tone to him was a bit rude acted like we tried to steal even tho we just paid 310 dollars here and he saw that we paid that much because he started scanning our receipts and asking questions about what we purchased saying we didn't pay for more than the shirt and shorts (we accidentally had 2 shirts outside of the cart) and a lot of workers were watching and giving dirty looks like we would steal and never once asked let me help you! the amount we paid here and its a new location so he will probably only work there for a year and they wont have security and this was my first time coming in and i only give 3 stars because its clean and the nicest Burlington ive seen and the nice man who checked us out and there nicely variety of things and that they had a bathroom but that guard is a no not a way you treat someone that spent 300 in your store."
